Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). After we have processed and shipped your order, you will get an email with your shipping details and tracking number. Please keep in mind that the processing time may be extended during holidays or periods when the store undergoes special promotional campaigns.

Shipping Location
Currently, UrbanByeStore delivers only to addresses located within the United States. International shipping is not available at this moment.
If your shipping address is not located within the United States, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Estimated Delivery Time
  • Estimated delivery time for orders within the United States is:
  • 7-20 Business Days
  • This estimated delivery time is given without any guarantee. It may differ due to numerous reasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged during the checkout process depending on the location you have specified for delivery and your choice of shipping method. Occasionally, we run free shipping deals on eligible purchases.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped out, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. It may take 24 to 72 hours for the shipping info to activate.

Shipping Delay
While we do everything we can to ensure every order is delivered on time, some delays may occur due to:
  • High order volume
  • Carrier delay
  • Bad weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Logistical difficulties
UrbanByeStore is not liable for any shipping delays that may arise from third-party shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure the shipping address you provide us with is correct before making payment.

 In case of an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours after placing your order at contact@urbanbuystore.com.

 Once an order has been shipped out or even processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost/Stealing Parcels
Should your tracking details indicate that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, kindly:
  • Search near your delivery location.
  • Ask other people living nearby.
  • Inquire with the shipping company.

Split Shipment
Since we use more than one reliable supplier, orders that have more than one product may come through different parcels on different dates.
There are no extra charges for split shipment.
